A simpler workday

The job is done.
The admin shouldn’t
take all evening.

You already did the work. A clear invoice keeps the service, amount, and next step together for you and your customer.

01

Send it while the job is fresh.

Create an invoice from your phone instead of leaving a pile of notes for later.

02

Make the amount easy to understand.

Show the service and balance clearly so the customer does not have to ask what they are paying for.

03

Keep payment connected to the business.

Use invoicing and payment tools in the same system as your customers and bookings, rather than running the day across separate apps.

Try it yourself

Change the job.
Watch the invoice update.

Try a package price, discount, tax rate, tip, or deposit. Review the customer’s balance, then preview the payment step. Nothing gets sent or charged.

Build an example invoice

Start with the job. Adjust the numbers and see the balance your customer would review.

Example only. Tax and tip are calculated on the service amount after the discount. Enter the tax rate that applies to your work. The deposit reduces the remaining balance.

Clear answers.
A clear next step.

Are invoices and card payments included in Basic?

No. Mobile invoicing, credit card processing, booking deposits, and tips are available on Pro and Agency. Basic is free to start with online booking and customer management.

Can I manage this from my phone?

Yes. Mobile invoicing is designed to let you handle the next step from the field, alongside your booking and customer tools.

What does the interactive invoice demonstrate?

It shows how a package price, quantity, discount, tax, tip, and prior deposit change a balance. It is a planning example and does not send an invoice or process a payment.

How does the example calculate tax and tips?

It subtracts the discount from the service subtotal, then calculates tax and the tip on that discounted amount. Finally, it subtracts the deposit. Set up your real invoice and tax rules for your business.

Can I start free and upgrade later?

Yes. Start with Basic, then choose Pro or Agency when you want the paid invoicing and payment tools. You can review the plans before upgrading.
