Meet Mike · detailer and software engineer

I built the system I needed when I started detailing.

I’ve wanted to work for myself since I was a kid. I became a software engineer, but I’ve always been a car guy at heart. In 2018, I bought my first pressure washer and started Super Shine Mobile Detailing.

My biggest challenge was getting people to know I existed and making it easy for them to book. I built an SEO-friendly website with online booking. Within 90 days, calls and bookings started coming in through it.

Other detailers asked how I was doing it. I built a version for one friend, then another. That work became MyDetailApp.com—a place to manage the website, bookings, customers, schedule, invoices and automations I wished I had from day one.
